2024 Pétillant Naturel

Sourced from near our estate on Underwood Mountain, our Sparkling Riesling is crafted in the ancient style of making bubbles. We bottle the wine before the end of fermentation, creating natural CO2 as the wine finishes in bottle, resulting in the fizzy fun that is Pét-Nat!

With its light body, low alcohol content, and dry profile, it's the perfect sparkling for any occasion. Prepare your palate for a journey of pure enjoyment with zesty lemon, pear, and delicate almond undertones.

2022 Underwood Mountain Pinot Noir

This wine marks the transition of Hawkins’ focus from Pinot Noir from the Willamette Valley to our new home in the Columbia Gorge on Underwood Mountain. While this is our most reasonably priced Pinot Noir, it packs a punch that is heavier than similar wines from the Willamette Valley, yet remains distinctly Columbia Gorge. A southern exposure, high elevation, steady breeze give this wine nuance and body that pairs well with lighter meats and heavy pastas.

Awards for Underwood Pinot Noir:
-Silver Medal, 2021 Seattle Wine Awards
-Gold Medal - 94 Points, 2023 WA Wine Awards

2023 Caldera Red

This Rhône-style blend of Southern French varieties pays homage to the active volcanoes that helped shape the landscape and soils of the Columbia Valley. Comprised of Mourvèdre, Grenache, Syrah, and a touch of Viognier, the process of co-fermenting the grapes results in a unique wine that possesses both intense flavor and structure.

A wine that embraces our Pacific Northwest home in the truest sense. With notes of warm saddle leather, marionberry, and earth, it's as if the wine itself traveled the Oregon Trail to arrive at your table or BBQ.

2023 Black Label Series Mourvèdre

This small-lot Mourvèdre is a bold expression of the Red Mountain AVA, one of Washington’s premier regions for world-class red wines. Known for its hot, dry climate, persistent winds, and distinct loess soils, Red Mountain produces fruit with remarkable intensity and structure — qualities usually reserved for the area’s famous Cabernet, Merlot, and Syrah. Our Black Label Mourvèdre channels this same character: dark and savory, with layers of cherry, ripe currant, and a touch of bell pepper. Structured yet elegant, it lingers long on the palate, balancing power with poise. Pair it with slow-roasted lamb, charcuterie, or anything from the grill.

2024 Letamendi Red Blend

This wine was born out of a tribute to Deb's mother Connie, and the Letamendi family who hail from the Basque region of Spain. This vibrant blend of Grenache (Garnacha in Spain) & Syrah utilizes varieties that are deeply rooted in Spanish tradition, while showcasing the unique terroir of Washington State. With notes of bright Pomegranate, tart cranberry, aromatic spices, and grippy tannins, this wine is versatile enough to be enjoyed chilled, or at cellar temperature and is fantastic for holiday pairings such as cranberry sauce and prime rib.

2020 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir

2020 was a year full of unknown and twists and turns, including a wildfire season that adversely influenced harvest and the taste of grapes. This Pinot Noir tells a bit of that story, with a smoky entry, followed by layers of leather, raspberry and cranberry. A toasty finesse softens the fruit and rounds out the wine. Perfect for camping, pair with burgers and other grilled meats.
