Our Sparkling Rosé is crafted from Pinot Noir grapes harvested from Underwood Mountain, and is a delightful effervescent experience. This elegant bubbly reveals refreshing notes of red berries, particularly strawberry and raspberry, creating a vibrant and lively palate. With a crisp acidity and a touch of floral undertones, this Sparkling is a celebration of the terroir, offering a perfect balance of fruitiness and effervescence. This is our seceond vintage of sparkling sourced from fruit right in our neighborhood.
